For Five Coffee @ 2001 Penn

I asked for a cup of water with my $6 matcha latte + tip and I was handed a cup of warm tap water....
Edit: it was in a plastic cup so she would've known it was warm holding onto it. My receipt says Vmik but I'm not sure if that's her name.

Modern looking interior with a great layout and design that affords the place a good atmosphere. However, they only have one guy managing all the coffee orders. My chai cost $8 took forever to finish and was watered down. The food is ok.

Chantel remade my drink because I had walked out and it had been sitting for a while. Really made my day. I was having a hard morning and this small gesture made it better

Steak and Eggs are an absolute banger and great start to the day. Got the drip coffee black too and it just works, it all just made for a dang good breakfast

The drinks are not very good and very overpriced—watered down chai or unblended matcha for like $8… The food is overpriced but enjoyable at least. I have also had negative experiences with the staff here. I do enjoy the atmosphere here though! Very spacious interior with lots of good seating.

I am a frequent to For Five, but first time at this location. I was charged a 4% service charge, which is not required by law and I was not told about it before I was charged! My order was to go. Do not like hidden charges and would not consent to any had I been told.

Sterile atmosphere, totally over priced, avoid if you want a good coffee with a smile. I'm happy to pay service charge when some sort of service is actually offered, no smiles, no communication, little more than 5 words spoken, yes no whats your name.

Stopped by for coffee on an early morning. Barrista man was horrendously rude. Ruined my morning vibe. Never had that happen at any coffee shop. Coffee was alright but expensive. Not worth it.

The cookies and coffee are really good. My issues is the service is so inconsistent. Twice I have stopped on my way to work to get coffee and they don't have any COFFEE. It is a coffee shop, that is one thing they should have! A few months ago they had leaky cups and complained several times but they just kept serving coffee in the leaky cups. I wish this place could get it right because when they have coffee it is good and I work next door.
