I think asking just English Breakfast tea $7.4 dollars outrageous! And about $7 for one slice cake!

Felt unsafe. Went to study and got shocked by the outlet as someone left a piece of metal sticking out of outlet. Staff did not care or provide anything to resolve issue. Told me to move to another side of the coffee shop to just put a wet floor sign that says “Do not sit here”. Not indicating it’s a live outlet exposed. Also the matcha I had to pay for tasted just like milk which they made me pay for after getting injured. Imagine getting shocked and then the coffee shop says we can pay for your food or drink. Would not recommend and very dissatisfied taste wise and for my own safety and other patrons. Feel scared and skeptical about going to this and any ForFive due to lack of duty of care and negligence on their part. Also management has not contacted me almost a week after the incident to check on my well being and not compensating me.

The WiFi doesn't work here at all. The staff basically told me that you just have to keep trying and maybe it'll eventually connect.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Croissants are good and generous unlike the shriveled bits one gets at Starbucks. Coffee good

I just had coffee today, but the breakfasts really looked good. A nice place to start the day.

If I’m paying 7$ for a coffee you would expect good service and polite coffee makers. I guess a good lesson for my wallet! They also expose fresh food for presentation purposes, I insist on the fresh. I asked, and yes these 4 or 5 meals do go in the trash every closing. This repeats everyday. The food is good, but again, at what cost.

I can’t stand this place. Can’t put my finger on why. I just hate it.

Ok… here’s where I’m putting my finger: Insanely overpriced ($21 for a pastry and dirty iced matcha). Cold generic atmosphere. Too many annoying tourists. Awful, dreadful, crappy low-fi music going nonstop.

The falafel bowl is amazing!

$16 dollars for a small latte and a cookie that was stale. Overall underwhelming and expensive. Would not recommend.

Came here to get work done for the day and the wifi wouldn’t work for me. I did every possible troubleshooting option to get my laptop to connect and nothing worked. I ended up using my phone’s hotspot. I've never had issues at other For Five Coffee locations when it comes to connecting to the wifi.

Other than that, the coffee is good and the employees are super nice, just like the other locations.
