It was empty, and that should have been my first clue. I ordered a beer, grilled cheese and tomato bisque. The service was outstanding and the food was ok. Unfortunately, I was sick all night and unable to attend the show I came to town to see the next day.
Glad to dine in our hotel. Good window view. We would have enjoyed the dining outside as well. Nice patio available that a few folks took advantage of indeed. Anyway, Jose server attentive. Food was unique with flavors and dishes all around the world. My dish was SEABASS. I did not finish it but it was OK. I did not care for all the peppers loaded on top. Anyway, the lady enjoyed her meal. We were full so we saved it for later. Fancy drinks too.
Monica provided outstanding service during our visit to Fred and Stilla. She was kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. The food was delicious, and her recommendations were spot on. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made our experience even better. If you're dining here, ask for Monica—she's fantastic!
