I have been going to the Foggy Bottom Pub for years, probably around fifty visits for lunch, and it continues to be one of my favorite reliable spots in downtown DC. The staff are always very friendly, and the owner is personable and welcoming, which gives the place a warm, familiar feel every time I stop in.

I came in late for pho and the next morning for lunch. The working owners were very nice and funny. Miracle the bartender was very nice and pleasant. Mellow crowd at night and chill vibe in the morning. 10/10

As for the food, I tried the pho. The broth itself was fairly mild and didn’t have much flavor on its own. While they do provide the usual add-ins so you can adjust it to your taste, even after adding them it still felt a bit bland compared to what I typically expect from pho.
