The vibe and the view are excellent. Our waiter Jasper was way above average. We had Grilled Octopus and Wagyu Meatballs as starters, Crispy Skin Salmon, Ribeye, Tofu Fried Rice and Filet Mignon as main courses. Every option including drinks, bread and dessert were just delicious.

Take into consideration that the 20% service fee is not a tip. So, if you want to leave a 25% tip, you will pay almost 50% more.
Food was great, but definitely not worth $260 for only 2 people. Way too overpriced. We had to wait more than 15 minutes to even get our menus after sitting down, and after finishing eating, we also sat with empty plates for more than 20 minutes waiting for our server to take our check and card. Disappointed with how long we had to wait both before and after our meals and hoped to enjoy HK much more than we actually did.
We had a reservation for our anniversary. Food was good but in my opinion, overrated. The service was great. The restaurant was beautiful. We had an issue with the enforced 20% service fee we were charged without them communicating it to us prior. That is separate to the tip. Regardless of what is happening, guest should not be forced to pay Gordon Ramsay’s employees fairly. He can afford to pay them a fair and livable wage. Would not recommend and will not be going back.
