I Went to Philippe Chow on the Wharf for the first time yesterday to celebrate my brother in Laws birthday. The food service and atmosphere was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
I give the ambiance, service and food a 5/5. Our server Julio was amazing, very attentive and ensured the service we received was top to tier. Special thanks to the manager Sadi for also ensuring we had an amazing time, can’t wait to revisit #philippechowdc #dmvfood
