Do not recommend! FED Employees- do not give this man (Chef Matt Baker) your hard earned $!! He hates Feds, we don’t reward such hatred with patronage to their establishment. Boycott all his DC restaurants, including the new one opening soon, Lucille’s Modern Chop House.

Dishes are plated beautifully and waiters explain each dish. Great creativity is translated into delicious food. The sear on the Salmon is perfect. The team is just lovely, and the chef is super kind and takes time to ask for feedback. The ambience is warm and homely, the open kitchen brings comfort. The drinks are amazingly mixed to perfection and strong. The menu items are explained eloquently and with precise detail of the combinations. The different flavors cross the palette perfectly. The Wagyu is tender and paired well, the Pasta is lemony fresh and has the perfect texture. The Strawberry Dessert is amazing. It is an experience more than a dinner outing, and the rooftop for a nightcap is breathtaking and romantic.
