Delicious authentic Ethiopian food. It's bigger than what it looks like at first. The seating area is in the back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Ethiopian Food & Amazing Experience!
We’re visiting from Canada and decided to try Habesha Ethiopian Restaurant and it completely exceeded our expectations!
We ordered the injera, beef stew (#37), ribs (#57), and mild lentils, and every single dish was bursting with authentic flavor. The food was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. You could truly taste the care and tradition in every bite.
The service was just as impressive - warm, attentive, and full of great suggestions that made our meal even more enjoyable. Prices were very reasonable for the generous portions and top quality.
You simply can’t beat this food! If you’re craving real Ethiopian flavors and genuine hospitality, Habesha is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit

I love this restaurant SO much. Every single time, everything is delicious. The portions are incredible and so worth it (the best value for the cost that I’ve found in the area). I love the deluxe veggie combo and the sambusas so much! It’s also one of the only things my body can tolerate right now (due to health issues) while still being extremely nutritious AND delicious. Thank you so much for your amazing food!

Always delicious and quick. In addition to the imported injera, they make theirs in house so it's very fresh. Very nice staff. Parking is usually pretty easy or if you're taking out there's some space in the middle of the street where people park and put on their blinkers.

Quality Of Food Has Went Down And Price Has Went Up, My Food Has Been Tasting Rushed And Just Cooked… No Love, No Seasoning & Spark…. I Used To Love This Place But Now The Food Taste Commercial Like It’s Made To Cater To Caucasian Taste … Bland, Plane & Visually Basic. I’ve Ordered And Ate From Here For Years But This… Is My Last Time.
Be careful shopping here! The owner had a sticker price on an item but when I went to buy it, he suddenly asked for a different (higher) price. When I pointed out his mistake and asked him to honor the posted price, he refused and wouldn’t sell it to me at all. That’s just not good business. Customers should definitely double-check prices before paying — not a place I’d recommend.

Very nice, helpful, and supportive staff. Explained the items/food in the restaurant/menu and was willing to let me be adventurous. Hole in the vibe with enough, but comfortable waiting area and to sit down and eat. Food travels fantasticly and cannot state this enough excellent place to get Ethiopian food before hopping on Amtrak. I ordered the fish dullet, minced fish somewhat spicy with salad, yellow lentils, and injera.

Best, best, best meat dishes...been coming here & the sister location Dukem for like 20+ years. Loyal customer, I now go to the Habesha location weekly for at least 10 years.
I now no longer eat meat & their vegan options are elite especially the 16 item dish served in large platter during the vegan fasting (tsom) season.
This is the kind of spot that I had a feeling going in would be awesome. It’s got that mom and pop vibe without crazy decorations or luxury ambiance, which means you know the food is fire.
I’m not too familiar with Ethiopian food so I asked for recommendations. The girl working the front helped me out and I went with the “pick 4” option that allows you to pick 4 meats/veggies.
Food was so good, and i have enough food for the rest of tomorrow as leftovers. Really great pricing too. Awesome spot!

Such an awesome neighborhood spot. It was my first time trying this spot out after years of chercher and I think my go to spot has officially shifted. Such great food in a sit down/counter service hybrid space. Plus there’s a little market at the front if you need any Ethiopian spices or bread!

I came to Habesha Market Carryout and Restaurant for the first time. It's an One Stop Shop. The place was clean. The ambience gives an Ethiopian Feel making feel like the establishment is Authentic. I ordered the Lamb Tibs Fir-Fir with Injera. There were plenty of tables to sit. There were Ethiopian People ordering food, which let's me know this place is legit fire. The bathroom was clean. The food was ready quickly and hot. I Loved it.
