We got a lamb curry and a chicken biryani and they were both absolutely phenomenal… oxtail momos were a little greasy/fatty, but the sauce helps a lot. I would definitely go back and just get two curries on top of the biryani…

Y’AALLLLL. LISTEN UP!!! We visited DC from MI for the first time and stayed in Adams Morgan. Real talk Himalayan Heritage is 500,000/10 good. We got the chicken vindaloo (spice level as it comes—the slightly more orange colored dish from the photo) and tikka masala chicken (hot—the more red colored dish), garlic naan, gobi Manchurian, gulab jamun (dessert balls), and my husband drank some sweet red wine. All were so delicious!! tbh we have good Indian food in Michigan but...

Absolutely delicious food and super friendly service! Every dish was packed with flavor, the staff were super attentive and kind, and the restaurant was cozy.
We ordered the chicken johl momo, the steamed heritage special momo with goat, and the tikka masala chicken curry.
Highly recommend to all!
