Amazing service and THE BEST SALTED CARAMEL I HAVE EVER HAD. Service was fantastic and it felt as if we were longtime friends catching up!
I really love the strawberry and cream ice cream
I tried the banana bourbon caramel ice cream at Ice Cream Jubilee and I’m still dreaming about it. The combo is just perfect—sweet, creamy, and that hint of bourbon takes it to the next level. You can really taste the quality and care in every scoop
Best butter pecan and praline
Great flavors, awesome service, super creamy - love trying local ice cream spots!
I went with a couple of friends and we had an amazing time. Georgetown’s BEST Ice Cream place literally connected us, not only figuratively, but also physically. It was an experience! Will definitely be coming daily.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Sweet Slice of Heaven in Georgetown! 🍦
Ice Cream Jubilee in Georgetown is hands-down one of the most delightful dessert experiences in D.C. From the moment you step inside, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel welcome. But the true star here? The ice cream.
Their flavors are inventive, bold, and downright addictive. You won’t find your average vanilla here — think creamy, luxurious scoops like “Thai Iced Tea,” “Cookies & Cookie Dough,” and the unforgettable “Honey Lemon Lavender.” Every flavor tastes freshly churned and thoughtfully crafted. The balance between sweetness and richness is masterful — not overpowering, but still indulgent.
Not only is the quality top-tier, but they also offer generous portions and a variety of cones and toppings. The staff is always eager to offer samples, and their enthusiasm for the product is contagious.
Whether you're a local or just visiting Georgetown’s waterfront, Ice Cream Jubilee is a must-stop treat. It's a little oasis of joy on a sunny afternoon — and totally worth every scoop.
As a former pastry chef I find Jubilee to be an Exceptional tasting ice cream. I was super impressed, and Fell in love with the sweet potato and candy molasses. Crave it even! It was evident to me that they use Quality ingredients, decadent flavor profiles with lots of Creativity.
Decent. Reminiscent of salt and straw, but better
Incredible ice cream - tried the bourbon banana cream. Wow! Crappy service. We stopped by the other day and it was temporarily closed with scrawled handwriting posted on door so the sole employee could eat dinner. Today, I stopped by again and the store was closed. No posted hours either.

Best time of my life. Me and my friends were looking for a quick dessert and found this gem. The woman working was kind, respectful, and quick. We sang and danced and talked while she scooped our ice cream. The only reason it was expensive was from the massive tip I left. 10/10 best ice cream experience ever!

The person working there was so nice, and the music was great. The prices were reasonable for the work she put into it, and it tasted incredible. The best experience of my trip and of any shop/restaurant. I’ll be back any time I visit DC. <3

Friendly welcome, the ice creams are good and tasty, there is a terrace outside to enjoy them despite the noise of the cars. A good address that I advise you to discover in Georgetown.
