This ihop has the worst customer service!! I walked in today and the hostess Morgan was very nasty and rude to me; I just asked when will the cashier be back and she said as long as it take him in a nasty tone with an attitude. After she constantly said he would be there, I did not ask her for help. She is very rude!!!, I reported her to the manager Brenda and she was not helpful, I will be altering the corporate office today!!!

This was one of the worst morning ever, after experiencing service from this restaurant. The hostess standing at the front is rude beyond belief! Please be aware of her, she is a skinny white lady late 20’s to early mid 30’s look and she has the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered in this world. Her customer service is very poor and I will be calling corporate to report her today!!!

Not 24 Hours
Don't go to this IHOP! It is soooo overpriced. I thought IHOP is supposed to be affordable? A breakfast sampler at this location costs more than $20.

Absolutely horrible experience. We placed an Uber Eats order from IHOP around 2AM on 7/20 to our hotel. The order included French toast, scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, hash browns with onions and green peppers, and a protein pancake with bananas and strawberries. In the additional instructions, we clearly requested utensils, syrup, ketchup, and salt/pepper—all items that are required to be requested due to D.C.’s policy since Jan 2022.
After waiting nearly an hour, our food arrived with NONE of the requested items. No utensils, no syrup, no condiments, and the hash browns came plain—missing everything we added. We were staying in a hotel with no access to basic utensils, so how exactly were we supposed to eat French toast and pancakes with no syrup or fork?
Clearly, whoever prepared the order didn’t bother to read the instructions. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, and no one answered. I will be filing a complaint with corporate because this level of carelessness is unacceptable—especially when people rely on these details while ordering late at night. Never again.

Apparently not 24 hours. Stopped by around 1240 am on a Wednesday morning/Tuesday night. No lights and totally closed
My son and I eat there a couple times a month and use to like it. Today we went our usual time and doors were locked. I could see folks in there and they know me. The girl who's mom also work there refused to even look back when I knocked on the window and the man manage which whom I really don't social with, ignored the heck out of me. Mind you no sign on the front door nothing. Eventually with me pulling the door not understanding they were closed, more wondering what's going on, because since they opened years ago we've been going and never had this happened. They may have been talking about it because the man made the gesture of me pulling the door. He Eventually walk over and said they have been closing early for 6 months, I usually go about 1pm and was there 2 weeks ago, but ok. Told me he couldn't pay the staff minimum wage to do nothing, but he and the girl who's mom work there, we're there, guess it depends on who gets to stay and get the pay. Certainly wasn't anyone I know still there but ok again. It's all good because we went to Takoma ihop instead. Probably just won't go anymore or just do take out and yes I do tips, sometimes $10 or more and $5 for soso service. But no more. I really like the man at the desk,Mark he's beyond great, the other man waiter maybe from Africa he's nice and definitely the two black female waitress, yall rule. But ok ihop do you thing, but don't lie in my face and be anal.

The hours on the business are not correct. Came at 5:30am only for it to be closed but there are signs saying “open 24 hours”….

$27 for a steak and egg omelette. I wish I was kidding. I’m from nyc and I thought even these foods prices were a joke. Crazy overpriced, for ihop 😭

I could not experience this place at all because they were taking Door dash orders when they were closed. What kind of business model is that? I could not be more displeased with this service (or lack thereof) wasted hours waiting for food that would never arrive because the store is CLOSED!
