Stop by this ihop for breakfast before my daughter's cheer competition. I went in and began to order shortly after I realized I left my wallet in my bag at the gym. The manager was very kind and showed me empathy. I was not about to get anything to eat; however, she allowed me to keep the tea free of charge. Compassion and grace are hard to find in person. I am glad I was able to find both in this young lady. Thanks.

The service was terrible. I came in around brunch time for a meal. I got some iced tea and found bugs in it. I saw that the tea was old. I heard staff members arguing about something. Since I'm in this area, I left the cold restaurant just in case something broke out. I recommend that their owner should be in the building at all times.

I will always complain about service. Phone etiquette is poor. I asked the cashier for her name to be polite and she replied that her her name was “server”. Then proceeded to ask me my name with an attitude as if someone was coming at her or something.
Something as simple as a name. Literally aside from the attitude transaction was smooth. I love this location but I don’t spend money where I’m not wanted.

Me my husband and daughter were stopping by for the first time it opened back up, and may I say things have changed. We were seated immediately. Our server Amani greeted us with a pleasant smile. She started off with our drinks in fashionable timing. She stopped by and checked on us and updated us that the food would be on its way. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. Armani gave us no time to ask if we needed any refills. She saw and executed. Outstanding service. Kudos to Armani!!!! I personally enjoyed my service so much. I asked for the manager(something that I dont do). I told her our experience, and she was pleasant also. I see the turnaround from then to now, and there is a big change. Thank you for the amazing service, we woke up not feeling our best but left your establishment with a full tummy and smiles on our faces.
