About Immigrant Food at Union Market

Immigrant Food at Union Market offers a diverse menu that has impressed many visitors. This small food stall features popular items like the Banh Mi sandwich, the Old Saigon, which includes spiced chicken, pickled slaw, and chili mayo. The delicious falafel sandwich is another customer favorite. The menu also includes bowls such as the Viet Vibes Bowl and the West African Gumbo Bowl, both praised for their rich flavors and healthy ingredients. Customers have enjoyed meals like the curry chicken with rice, spinach, and plantains, noting that the flavors complement each other well. While the pricing may be on the higher side, the overall experience, including the friendly and attentive service, makes it a recommended spot. The restaurant can get busy, but tables turn over quickly. It's a great choice for a balanced meal during work breaks, though parking can be challenging.

My wife and I had brunch on the patio at the White House location today and it was fantastic! We had a mezze platter appetizer, Havana sandwich and shakshuka & arepas entrees, and tres leches for dessert. All were spectacular, as was the service! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! A wide variety of delicious food options. Friendly, accommodating, hospitable and inviting. Large portions for a reasonable price.

The food, the service (especially), the atmosphere, the important mission--I recommend them all. I dined solo at the Ballston location last night and hope to return on future trips.
