Cookies are good don’t get me wrong. But, if anyone other than Denzel or one of the other actually helpful guys is working then you won’t get anything close to resembling service or hospitality at this location. Most of the female workers seem mad you are coming into the business and barely speak or show any pleasantry to customers. I took my friend for confirmation of the bad service and didn’t prep them ahead of time. As soon as we left they commented how awful service was inside. You’re better off ordering online from the HQ store and getting them delivered because this location is hit or miss based on which “worker” is there. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location gets closed.

I ordered gluten-free cookies and after eating them I had a terrible allergic reaction. They put their consumers at risk by offering gluten-free products and end up being in terrible conditions for the public they target.
This is the spot! The cookies are always warm, the ice cream is always cold. Never had a bad time here. Hey #corporate, the dude working the counter had a great movie tie-in idea for Dune themed cookies, you should check it out.

this store hires literally anyone. every time i come in here they never have the cookies they’re showing because employees slack off constantly. they’re always hostile and aggressive. tonight (3/12) when i walked in, a guy in a red shirt was super hostile and chain smoking outside the building the whole time. he said “i’m leaving to smoke” after i just walked in, and came in aggressively saying people take forever to order and think it’s mcdonald’s but why does that matter. he should be doing his job and serving the people who come in no matter what. he claims people were taking forever to order but he was outside smoking the whole time so i was never able to place an order. this place is supposed to be a simple cookie shop for me as a college student coming to 18th ST to enjoy the nightlife. like bruh it’s literally called insomniac cookies and i can’t even get a cookie at 10pm despite y’all not closing for hrs after that. again THIS STORE HIRES ANYONE AND WILL NEVER HAVE THE COOKIES READY. HORRIBLE SERVICE! VERY HOSTILE!

TL;DR - would give negative stars if I could. Ordered cookies that never got delivered and staff never tried to fix the situation.—I ordered some cookies through the site to be delivered to a friend who was going through a personal crisis. The cookies were never delivered - the photo the delivery person sent was of the cookies on a bench. (I attached the image here bc seriously?!)My friend called the delivery person and they hung up on her. I called and after going through the runaround with a staff person for a while, they finally said they would resend out the order… but they never did, and they also never gave me a refund. Would not recommend - was an absolute nightmare to deal with and was just trying to do something nice for a friend.
