Bartenders are an absolute joke. Ordered one drink and closed out while my girlfriend and her friend were in the bathroom, because I wasn’t sure how long we would be here. Headed back up to the bar after my girlfriend returned from the bathroom to order a drink for her, and was told I was not allowed to order another drink since I closed out my prior tab. Even if I wasn’t ordering for my girlfriend, what if I changed my mind and decided to order another drink?! What establishment declines patrons the opportunity to give them more of their money?! Complete joke. Will not be visiting again.

This place is usually great vibes, which is why this experience was such a bummer. This review is specifically for our bartender last night, who honestly seemed like he was trained at Dick’s Last Resort.
We came in and asked if he could put the game on. I couldn’t really hear him (partially deaf, partially because he was mumbling), and from that point on… homie was not having a good night. Super rude energy, cranky the entire time, and at one point he literally told us to go sit somewhere else (probably because we didn’t order food after he was blasting us with negative energy).
I normally vibe with service staff and keep ordering, but the vibes were off all night. I still tipped $10 on my NA beer in hopes of turning his mood around. Zero Midwest vibes detected from Mr. Bartender.

Place was packed for the baseball playoffs but we found a place to wait for takeout. The burger was 10/10 awesome! I wish I would have e ordered another one just for myself. The hotdog was good and the curly fries with cheese sauce was on point. Awesome atmosphere and great food. I want to try the pizza next time.

Good dive bar. It’s Detroit themed and even though I’m an eagles fan and from Pennsylvania I can still respect the theme. I always just kind of find myself at this bar when I’m not sure where else to go. They have the classic beer and shot combos, lots of TVs and a nice kind of outdoorish deck space
