Food was great. Wait staff had great attitude, but was less than highly attentive. Restaurant was clean, crowd was diverse and lively. Definitely coming back

Cant wait to come back with warmer weather. Food seemed pricey at first but between what you get and quality, it was on point and now want to try lots more on the menu. Atmosphere was chill and vibrant. Took care of me and my friend at the bar. Loved it.

Went for my girlfriend’s birthday but ended up leaving after sitting and waiting for service for over thirty minutes, we didn’t even get to order our drinks! The waiters seemed to be purposely avoiding our table but visiting and checking on every table around us. The atmosphere was also very bleak and not welcoming at all. Area was also dirty and smelled, wouldn’t personally recommend. Theres way more better options in the area!

I visited on a Sunday for lunch. The service was great, and the oysters were delicious! I will definitely come back to try the wedge salad and smoked and grilled chicken wings.

We made reservations here because it was close to Beat the Bomb. You climb to the top of the stairs to a dirty dive/ watering whole. We saw it was on Michelin Guide and we thought the food must be descent… but we left underwhelmed. The indoor seating is tight and the hostess packed our party of 5 in a section closely surrounded by other people. I asked for the larger table but was told no. I bumped another man’s table trying to get to the restroom and wash my hands, but there was no soap. The restroom was as filthy as the rest of this place seemed to be. When I got my food( a po’boy)… The remoulade on it was nice, but I couldn’t enjoy the full meal because the bread was not fresh and the sandwich fell apart, as old bread tends to do. My fries were brought to me cold. They replaced them, but not until I was about to leave. I had to take them to go. I finally gave up and just ate the shrimp off the sandwich! My sister refused to eat after her order was put in wrong…TWICE. This seems to be a place where the drinks and night crowds are the main feature; the bar was packed. If you are coming for a culinary experience, keep looking!Kid-friendliness: Don’t bring kids or any impressionable person here!Wheelchair accessibility: There are a lot of Stairs to get in. There is an elevator, but there is no space to move around.

Great atmosphere; the place gets busy at 7 and later, where it is bustling and great vibes even on a weekday. That’s when I would recommend coming here. Great service, our waiter checked on us very very often, and was attentive. Food was alright. The po boy was alright, wouldn’t order again. The brisket sandwich was really good though! Fries were soft, not crunchy, which I actually enjoyed but I know a lot of people don’t. Pecans brownie was soooooo good! Super warm and soft and strong chocolate, really generous on the pecans too! And a nice scoop of ice cream. Overall, if you come here I would come at 7 or later, get the brisket sandwich or smash burger and the pecan brownie.

I had the salmon tacos. Super fresh and very well seasoned. My husband had the fish sandwich (using catfish filet) and it was also very good. Hernando was our awesome server and we WILL be going back!

Food: Very greasy bits of french fries, not actual full-length fries. The ribs were probably the worst I've had. Very little meat and flavor. Mostly tasteless fat and bone. Cole slaw was great! Service: Attentive when we didn't need him; disappeared and WAITED for the check and WAITED for it to be paid. Atmos: Brought in a table from outside and plopped us right next to the main door, lobster tank, and maitre d' station. Frequent access to the patio (not open; because it was too cold?) for spare tables and chairs meant relentless drafts and shivering at our table. And I was really hoping to find a new favorite place based on the reviews. Wish I an experience like those. (3/21/2024)
