This Tuscan restaurant is spot on. The Aperol Spritz, Ghibellina salad and Cacio de Pepe were wonderful. It was a quiet midweek evening and they weren't that busy, but they should be given the ambiance and quality of their food. I sat at the bar and enjoyed chatting with the bar staff. Go!
Superb, as always. Ate there last week. Maybe our fourth visit in a couple years. Food, as alway, superb. Drinks likewise. The professionalism of the waitstaff, bartender, even busboys - and how they work together seamlessly and efficiently - always amazes. And great atmosphere.

This is our second time at Via Ghibellina and once again we had a fantastic meal. The formaggio Italiano appetizer had four healthy pieces of really delicious cheese with yummy bread and jam.
