This was my first time here, and I had a table upstairs. We sat at the table for about 10mins before we figured out we had to go to the bar to place or orders for drinks/food. We were asked several times by other customers how we got out drinks/food. The staff standing behind the bar was not helpful at all. They just stared at you.
Jack Rose Dining Salon in Washington DC offers an excellent dining experience. The atmosphere is elegant, the service impeccable, and the whiskey selection is impressive. The dishes are well prepared and tasty, with particular attention to detail. A perfect place for a refined evening. Highly recommended!
We went to Jack Rose Dining Saloon to celebrate a birthday. Service was a little slow at first but once we got going it was great. Started with a bruschetta appetizer and whiskey cocktails. For the main course we split the Jack Burger, fries, and a side of brussel sprouts which was all amazing. I had one of their whiskey tasting flights that featured Jack Rose bottles. For dessert we had the tiramisu and a "bananas fosters" cocktail which was nice. The tiramisu was fabulous....
