Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

The ice cream is amazing, and very high quality, but it's truly hard to justify charging $27 for 2 bowls (2 half scoops) and a waffle cone.

Today me and my husband decided to stop pass Jenis to get some ice cream before we go to an outing i was greated by staff member right away. She was helping out a lady who was having a hard time serving customers and scooping ice cream she was remaking a group icecream I cant belive how busy it was at 7pm I watched her take care of customers/ help staff members and still acknowledge me and my husband and the fact that we was waiting once she got to me she was so pleasant she offered me samples and told me about some new ice cream bars but we kinda already knew what we wanted when I ordered my ice cream she told me it was her favorite ice cream too the butter almond is so good I finally didnt feel rushed when it was busy at this location she made my experience at Jenis fun I asked her name she said tyesha or something we love her energy so much that my husband reminded me to write this review about our experience. final note..I will say the price is a bit pricey for pints that's 9 dollars in the store it could be cheaper if u ask me

This is the second time that I come before 11pm and they are closed. The first time was a bit after 10 and it was complete shut down, no lights at all, mid summer, no sign. Today, the worker just shooed me away. If you want to close at 10pm that’s fine just update your times. Rude and really irresponsible. At these prices you should respect your customer’s time.

If Jeni knew how much I spent on her ice cream relative to my income she would either give me a discount card or a job or both.

Some of the best ice cream if not the best in the city. Love the staff here and product that they produce.

Delicious! Great ice cream, friendly staff, clean storefront, and bathrooms. The staff were patient with young kids, friendly and engaging. Ice cream was remarkable.

This ice cream is so good it actually feels slightly confusing that tasting it is not illegal/forbidden. It’s like a tease-glance of another dimension

The brown butter almond brittle was excellent! Even the regular chocolate was very good. The waffle bowl tasted waaaaaay too salty though. Not too sure what happened there.

I do not know if it's because they are not trained the same way or if they pick and choose who they feel like being civil with. My last two visits had the same issue. Today I went in for ice cream with the family. I scanned my barcode for reward points and provided proof of service to get my military discount. When I checked my receipt the discount was not applied AGAIN.

Trust me I know I am NOT entitled to any discount because I am military. If you offer it at least do it right and not get an attitude when I try to address the situation. Ms. Jada was so determined to go on her break even though I was halfway through the transaction. We are all human and we have our days.

I just couldn't accept that kind of poor customer service and attitude. I tried to return the ice cream and was told to wait until Ms. Jada came back from her break. She was literally just standing in front of me. I just waited patiently while the ice cream melted in my hands.

When she finally did come out I tried to give her the items back. She asked me where the other cone was as if I had eaten it. The cone was a waffle bowl. I asked her if she thought I would return a cone after I've eaten it. I then tried to give her the icecream AGAIN so she could discard it since she processed my refund.

She told me “YOU can discard it on your way out by the door.” All I could do was laugh because at this point because Ms. Jada was just being disrespectful. I handed her the ice cream anyway.

I'll happily drive somewhere else before I come here again. Spend your money where you are welcomed and treated with respect.
