Store closed in middle of day and didn’t bother to close down the door dash delivery. I got charged for an an order cancellation even though not my fault. Super frustrating
What kind of dine-in restaurant doesn’t have a bathroom? The sandwich was great but I pissed my pants.
Sandwich was decent, altough overpriced. My daugther had some serous stomach issues after eating their ice cream. Stick to sandwiches :). I liked location.
Buyer beware of this place. Jettie's took 100+ dollars from me (unwittingly). They switched their online ordering platform to default to adding a 10% staff tip. It's embarrassing to me, of course, that I ordered from here so often that I didn't recognize the change for months. But their online ordering platform does a good job of hiding the change and the added amount prior to placing the order.
Either way, after spending an embarrassing amount of money here, I can't in good conscience go again. The thing is, I liked the people there. I'd have tipped them occasionally if the process hadn't been obscured by the ordering platform. Management has not been responsive to my request for compensation despite my history as a customer.

Recently bought a Tom Nevers sandwich, which was basically inedible. The bread was hard and/or stale and cut the roof of my mouth. I had to throw it out after two bites. $17 wasted. Reached out to customer service and never heard back. Save yourself some money and disappointment and go elsewhere.

12 dollars for an ice cream. They also discontinued the kids scoop. Unacceptable. We've been coming here for a decade. Not anymore.

Very bad experience at this location. First off, WAY overpriced for what you get. Second, staff has an attitude and is rude. Staff forgot the dressing on my salad and completely forgot my daughter's kid's meal. We then sat there for 20 minutes for them to make the kids meal. Overall, $50 for mediocre food and waited half an hour for 2 sandwiches and a salad.
So I always get the cliff sandwich and I prefer to get it at Bethesda. The fact that it’s meetball and when you get the sandwich there are no meatballs . How do you sale a meatball sandwich with no meatball it's only one on the top of it they charging 17+$ for that it’s not worth it and they increase the price as well for one meatball with bread it’s not worth it west of money

Came here after dinner, they were closing but staff was so friendly, my kid wanted cookies and dough, they barely had any left but my kid asked if he could get what was left and she managed to scrape enough to get him a full cup. He was so happy and made our night.Great ice cream and staff!!
