I used to love this place but it's changed so much. My husband got his usual Galley and it barely had any meat. It was so thin, and mostly cabbage with little pieces of pastrami... Mostly on one side. I just can't see paying $14 or whatever for this sandwich. It's not worth it. Won't be returning.

Jetties..... what can I say about this place that is deserving of their excellent quality. I work at enterprise and this is my hands down number one go to spot IN Georgetown. The sandwich quality is beyond top tier..... I wish I could have included a picture but I honestly ate it waaay to fast. This is my favorite spot worthy of kings and queens alike Jetties.... you have a customer and fan for life!

Exceptional sandwiches for a premium price. Very limited seating so you may behave trouble dining in during rush hours. Also serve a variety of desserts including baked goods and ice cream. Probably one of the best options in the neighborhood.

It's a hearty sandwich packed with flavor from the ingredients. At lunchtime on Saturday, the restaurant was packed with families and was lively. The sandwich was so large and flavorful that it was impossible to finish in one sitting. The ingredients were all fresh and delicious, and the combination of flavors was perfect. On Saturday lunchtime, the restaurant was full of families and was very lively. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it was clear that everyone was enjoying their meal.

Love this little place. Food is good and portions are generous. My only complaint would be the price but think it's worth it as a fun treat.

I take out from here almost once a week. Sandwiches are outstanding. My favorite is the nobadeer, which is a Thanksgiving sandwich with turkey, stuffing, and cranberries. I get mine with no mayo. I also like the breakfast sandwich and the Steps Beach, which is turkey salad. They have many more hot and cold sandwiches. As a side dish, they make smashed potatoes with bacon and chives. Soups are homemade and delicious. You should try this place.

Great food, fun vibe, but really hit or miss these days at this location. Probably best to order to go or just head to the one on Macomb; waited 40 min for sandwiches today and they kept taking new orders. I wasn’t alone on the 40 min wait. I feel bad for the guys working there as they are so busy but 40 min is beyond ridiculous; they never stopped taking new orders though so I guess the game plan is to care less about offering good service and more about making as much $ as possible…

Jetties is the PERFECT place for non-vegetarians due to their near complete lack of options that don’t contain copious amounts of meat — and they have at least 2 dozen sandwich options! It’s also amazing for anyone who hates in person interactions — choose from three separate ipads to place your order! the place used to use real humans for orders but thank god they got rid of that. and to top it all off you can place your order while listening to their selection of incredible tunes including Its My Life by Bon Jovi or Separate Ways by Journey! overall, an experience like no other. oh, and it’s way too expensive.

Sorry, not sorry, but this place is not it. Considered a loved local sandwich chain, Jetties boasts in having the 'best sandwiches in DC' - I was in the area, so I decided to go there during the lunch rush to grab a sandwich to go. I ordered: +the Nobadeer - a sandwich filled with roasted turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mayo on a sourdough bread +made this a combo, so I got the Cape Cod chips and a canned soda The sandwich was just awful. The sourdough 'bread' was extremely stale and dry; not sure how this was even possible, as it was the lunch rush and you'd think that the items that are being turned out will be fresh? The 'roasted turkey' slices were dried out, and I was surprised that the description didn't say 'jerky' instead - these seemed to be not fresh or maybe not sealed well when placed in the fridge, as the edges of the 'meat' were hard and chewy. The stuffing was bland and a bit too mushy, and the cranberry with the mayo made the sandwich a little runny, which results in some parts of the bread becoming a bit too soggy (to the point it made holes in the parchment that was being used to wrap the sandwich). The prices for the sandwiches are on the steep end, but if the quality matched the cost, it would have been a different situation. If you order a combo, make sure you pick up the drink/chips on your own. You'll have to order via the 3 kiosks that are available, and then you just wait for your check number to be called. Items will be set on the counter. There are some seating inside as well as some tables for al fresco dining. There's limited restricted street parking available around the area. Really not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from, but seems a little sus. Probably one of the worst sandwiches I've had. No dice, Jetties. +stale, dried-out bread +old, dried-out deli meats +bland ingredients +limited restricted street parking available

No Stars! When you order online be prepared it will be very confusing. This man stopped my wife and kids and claimed that they stole their food. This could have been avoided if this location would have a better system for order pickups. Not going to get into race but this unfortunate situation between this man and my wife and kids could have gotten really ugly!

Not a smile seen by anyone behind the counter. Refused to give change for a dollar. No happiness vibe. Eh amount of icecream for the price. Slow service.
