While some dishes like the Eel and Avocado Roll are basic, others like the CA uni are described as yummy and fresh. The Hamachi and Scallop are average in quality, while the Saba lacks its usual pungent flavor. The Aburi Salmon was over-charred, leading to a bitter taste.
