I love this location, except the parking is hard. Days when schools are out tell it all - tons of families here eating great food at decent prices, plus the businessman regulars looking bemused that their usual quiet hangout has gone Lord of the Flies.

Jetties is one of my neighborhood go tos for a quick bite to eat. I have to say that after eating my late lunch today, I was so pleased, I had to write a review. My sandwich was great. The tomatoes were tasty, the lettuce was prepped wonderfully, the bread was lightly toasted but not too much, etc. All I want to do is just thank the team who works there because I'm always happy with what I pick up from there. Oh! And I simply enjoyed seeing the flowers outside as I entered and exited today -- they also looked beautiful -- so thanks to the staff for keeping the place nice.
The manager at this location his name is Freddy is absolutely fantastic and so is the entire stop here at this establishment. Please tip them They are very good people and always with a smile on their face. My husband and I just ate inside and had the most delicious sandwiches and ice cream.

I'm usually a big fan of Jetties' salads, but my latest visit was a bit of a letdown. Unfortunately, my bowl was only half full, which was disappointing considering the price. Hoping this was just an off day, as I've always enjoyed their fresh ingredients and tasty dressings.
Photos are of an untouched salad. Bowl looks half empty.

What happened to their sandwiches. We just bought two chicken cheese steaks and they are a 1/10 the size of what they used to be. Different bread the whole sandwich has changed. Used to love Jetties.

I traveled to DC on a roadtrip from florida and I came here and got serviced by Josh. I have never had more outstanding service in any restaurant ever than I did here. I ordered the nobadeer and Josh was so helpful in answering my questions and so kind! Thank you!

We've enjoyed some of the food here, but other sandwiches are just *fine.* They have gluten free bread which is good, so that was nice! (Although, the GF bread disintegrated when we tried to reheat a leftover half.) The lettuce and tomato here aren't quite good enough to sell a BLT-like sandwich, and their condiments need a little more flavor I think. The price is a little high for what you're getting.

The toffee cookie is amazing. The sandwiches taste good and decently portioned, but the "toasted" bread was not really toasted. We did not get "hot" sandwiches, but it still took about 15 minutes to get them. Prices a little above average for not having fountain sodas. Pasta salad was different and tasted good, but a little dry.
The food is amazing the service is over the top

Need veg protein options. Like a veggie burger or portabello mushroom sandwich. I got their hummus sandwich and it left a lot to be desired. For one thing, I was still hungry after I finished it. Would love to support a neighborhood business if they could add some veg options with protein.

Meh… not bad but not amazing. My hot sandwich was not hot. Overpriced kid’s meal with sides that were kind of gross.
One of the best walk in sandwich places in DC.
