Even if your delivery order goes through on the website, they'll call and tell you you're "outside the range" because they don't want to deliver. If you call corporate they will confirm you're in range, and seem to have no idea this franchise was denying delivery orders that are less than 0.5 miles away. Laziest franchise ever.

Went to experience the chicken wrap that is being advertised and they had no clue what I was talking about didn’t even know what a wrap was. Proceeded to give me a BIG piece of lettuce prepared like I asked for a burrito bowl never seen anything like it. When I seen what they were doing they couldn’t explain what it was themselves. ??? What the hell. Clueless!!!! will never go back. No thank you. No star’s

Accepted the order then called and said I’m not in the delivery zone (could of not accepted) . I live 5 minutes by car and 7 minutes by bike. They said they didn’t have any drivers but they have someone on bike. The whole point of Jimmy johns is the quick delivery. Don’t claim you so bike delivery if you are unwilling to ride 7 minutes.

As I came into order the Hispanic woman took my order she look like she was actually scared I was annoyed that I was here there are several things that she did not ask me as I patronize many of the Jimmy John's restaurants from Houston to New Jersey she did not ask me what size sandwich I wanted what I wanted on it besides cheese was the only thing and she proceeded to hurry up and rush me out the line this Jimmy John's has a funny smell to it there are also tables and countertops that look like they have not been cleaned this is why I overall I give this place a three-star rating

It was late in the day and I only had hunger on my mind at this point. Today was the first time that I actually set foot into restaurant, because every other time my family and I had always ordered our food for delivery. That being said, I already knew that this place had some awesome sub sandwiches. When I walked in, there were already a couple ahead of me in the line, but the line moved quickly enough, and soon enough I placed my order. I went for what so knew, called the Big John roast beef sandwich. I figured that the combo made better sense, because it included a drink and chips. Plus I could eat the chips in my way home. Neverheless, my order was prepared and ready to go. My stomach was feeling weak so I figured that it wouldn't hurt to take a couple of bites first. I did just that, and it ended up being three bites. It's awesome- you can't go wrong with roast beef, ever!

Jimmy John’s has the best fast food subs out here! With Jimmy John’s’ existence, Subway or Potbelly hasn’t even been a thought in my mind. They’re fast, they’re delicious. YUM
