Firstly, this place is incredibly charming. After experiencing disappointing service at a different location from a separate establishment/franchise, coming here was a fantastic choice. The store's ambiance is adorable, and I found myself being of my generation taking pictures/reels before even ordering. There is a reason why the line is long. It’s worth it! The ice cream is great. The service is excellent. And there’s lots of seating upstairs so no wonder everyone comes here for a cool scoop of ice cream. It’s also very affordable.
