A staple of the Howard community, McDonald's golden arches will always be seen. Here, I had GF French fries with no salt. This location is typically riddled with various community members. However, the customer service made it better. My only piece of constructive criticism would be to ensure that the lobby is clean to promote a more customer centric ambiance.
I go here weekly; I work on 15th and u. Very Very busy; but the customer service is always good and the food is pretty satisfactory as any other mcdonald's. I do want them to fix the soda machines and things like that for them more often than they do. (People do hang around) but again this is A very popular spot in Washington
