JINYA Ramen Bar - Logan Circle

The table we sat at was right under an AC vent, in the middle of march (Why?)
The location had clearly not taken acoustics into account when it was built, as even half empty it was loud enough that it was hard to hear what the people in front of me were saying.
It took maybe 20 minutes to get our food after ordering, which is blatantly unacceptable for a bowl of ramen.
In the end we were served lukewarm ramen, that honestly wasn't very good. In particular I struggled to understand the addition of caramelized onions, as they ended up adding very little to the dish other than muddling/muting the more prominent flavors.

I could go on about many other issues with the menu, but for the sake of brevity I'll leave it there.
