We had an amazing time and Carlos was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was amazing, the service was great, and the wait was minimal to none. The place has a very welcoming atmosphere and I would recommend it to any friend, family member, or loved one. It definitely lived up to the hype and exceeded it in my opinion

The Ramen was bland, I order crispy rice and tuna and the rice was cold and not “crispy”. My cousin ordered The corn tempura and there was a shrimp in there and he’s allergic so I had to send it back, then the waiter informed us that everything is cross contaminated.Dietary restrictions: Shrimp allergy

I tried the spicy creamy vegan ramen and the impossible gyoza. The server explained that the ramen wasn't very spicy and there was just a hint of heat. So I ordered an extra spice bomb on the side with mushrooms. The plus is that there are so many options for toppings. the spice level on the ramen was below mild and the paste was not hot at all. The hot sauce that came with the gyoza, however, helped take the ramen to the spicy level I needed. I would recommend not ordering the extra spice bomb and just using the hot sauce they give you for free, if you require spicy ramen. The impossible gyoza was good! I really liked the seasoning sauce that they offer as well. It's a good place to get a few things if you are vegan. The restaurant is loud and food comes out fast. I could see this being a great option for lunch.

Really, really good ramen. Delicious vegan and vegetarian options. And a mocktail so good, I got two. The "impossible bun" appetizer was not worth getting though. I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately we didn’t check the menu closely enough and although they advertise a gluten free noodle option these are cooked in the same water as the other noodles so unsafe for coeliacs. Shame as my husbands’ looked amazing!Dietary restrictions: Advertises a gluten free noodle but these are cooked in the same water with flour based noodles. Very slim pickings for truly GF options. Gluten sensitive and coeliacs may want to give it a miss.
