We had a celebration with about 50 people; the space was very comfortable, the food was good and the service was excellent. Adriana was bartending and she was really nice, fast and friendly. Thank you Johnny Pistolas!

We live in Waldorf but work in DC and stopped in for drinks—came for that, but we’ll be back for the GUACAMOLE!!! The place has been totally revamped, and it’s all for the better: drinks, menu, vibe. We had the Lady in the Streets and a rum punch (both worth a round two), plus guac to start—which I’m still dreaming about—and shrimp and chicken tacos. With my dairy allergy, they added extra guac, and I was in heaven. Bonus points: they offer brunch and salsa lessons....

I hosted a celebration for 100 people at Johnny Pistolas and I could not have been happier. The food is delicious, the cocktails are creative, the space is trendy and welcoming, and the staff are outstanding. Special mention to Jeff and Nick who were responsive, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. Don't miss this gem in Adams Morgan.
