Next time you're over in Eastern Market check this place out!!! Lovely happy hours and brunches! For happy hours, I had tortilla de patatas, jamon serrano, gambas al ajillo... all were delicious and fresh! 1st, this place is so quaint and cute, delicious. Cafe vibes like Spain. The menu is tapas, so small plates with yummy rich flavors. I had the cod fritters and tuna with pineapple & ginger sorbet and avocado mousse. It was so delicious and just the right amount. Joselitos is by far one the best restaurants in Capitol Hill. My wife and I have been coming here for years and every friend we bring has the same excellent experience.
