Such a nice place in an adorable little corner in Georgetown DC. Everyone already knows how awesome Afghan food is and this is just another spot with mouth watering Afghan cuisine and bunch of other modern type of things from sandwiches and more on their menu. They even have Mantu! The Afghan Dumplings with meat sauce over it. I had the lamb chops entree! 4 PIECES! Awesome!

I walked in with average expectations for a nice middle eastern meal. The place looked well kept, organized, and layed out. The crispness of the salad, the softness of the cooked mixed vegetables sides, the perfectly charred chicken kabobs, and the perfectly flavored sauces were well above average. What was positively exceptional was Saif’s attitude- I saw him greet and treat a few customers with genuine positive energy.

Recently the hire a cashier with the name of Saif he is very polite and hospitable person. I want to write the name of another cashier Mike he is friendly and hard worker and all of them are good people , so if you are looking for a delicious Halal Food ,don’t miss the Kabul Castle Kabob.
