This was my first time here and I must say this was one of the best bar experiences I ever had. Sherri made the most amazing drinks and her customer service was great. The ambiance was definitely date night worthy.

I'm pretty sure I won’t be returning. The entire staff — including the bar manager and bartenders — seemed overwhelmed, understaffed, and unhappy to be there. Very disappointing!

I actually left and stopped by McDonald’s on the way home. My friend’s drink was over $55 for maybe four caps of liquor. We both have plenty of experience at the bar and could tell something was off. Majorly off.

Adding a mandatory tip to the receipt and then prompting for an additional one was the beginning of the end. Poor service and forced gratuity — not a good combination. I give this place 12 months, tops. And I'm sorry to write that.

I honestly did not try the food so let me be clear....this review is NOT about the food. So on merit, I'll give the food 5 stars. Everyone was enjoying that part of the evening.

I did not have a great experience. It was my birthday and when I got there we waited 20 minutes before they could seat us. Once we sat down we did not have a server come introduce themselves. One guy offered us water and told us the kitchen was closed. No communication at all. We left after 10 minutes of sitting down. I wouldn’t recommend.

The food was Mid and drinks were ok. The drinks cost like $25 on average and the food was about $30 on average. The entrees were delicious but tiny portions, like sample size lol. Stay away from the espresso creme brulee unless you like your creme brulee soupy.

Went on a Sat night and it was slow slow so the vibe was boring nothing like what I saw advertised. Pretty decent to go get a quick bite and catch a vibe whenever the fire performance is there but I wouldn't pay or plan for a reservation again. They should communicate when the entertainment will be there because I was expecting it when I went and was the deciding factor for choosing this restaurant so we was disappointed!

The seating is tight so a big crowd may be uncomfortable.

Nice atmosphere but poor service and below average food. Waitress didn't bother to ask if everything was okay we didn't eat the order because it was lousy. Then she was upset we didn't tip more on top of 20% service charge. And this after she didn't check on us even to the point I had to find her to get the check. I think to go for a drink fine. Nice atmosphere. But not to eat

Kata DID NOT disappoint!

I did not make a reservation but was pleasantly greeted and immediately seated by Haywood. He was extremely welcoming and made me feel like a regular, although it was my first visit.

I sat at the bar and Anabel & Facundo were
friendly, energetic, and very attentive. I enjoyed conversation and did not feel awkward at all being a solo diner. Anabel prepared my cocktail beautifully and made sure it was picture ready!

Food was delicious! I had the beef dumpling, the filet mignon, and cheesecake. Temperature was good, wait was not long, and presentation was beautiful.

I can’t wait to come back and experience the live entertainment with my Besties!

Stopped by on a weekend night for dinner. The food was delicious, drinks were good.

My party ordered the firecracker sushi roll, banh mi sliders, thai pesto risotto, espresso mousse.

The food came out quickly and was delicious.

Music was also great.

I did not have a good experience at KATS restaurant. The atmosphere at first make me feel excited and so ready to try thier food. When I see the menu I can order right away because sound so delicious. After got the food and taste it. I feel a little bit disappointed. Not much flavor on the food. Seem like this place is just for drink only.

For me the service is a part but not not a main issue bcaz I just come for the food but the food not even good plus 20% tips is automatically add on the bill and still ask for extra at the end. I will prefer to add 20% tips from myself not someone chocking my neck and says give me those money right now

Definitely not recommended for the food over here. For drink and chill with you friends, May be I will think about it

Service is subpar. What is this place even doing near Chinatown. Crumbs and dirt everywhere while staff have no confidence in what they're selling.

No more Fire Acrobatics either? Why the hell did we call and get told they were performing that night and nothing came about? Already did the bait and switch on us.

Do away with the black paper napkins when washing our hands. It's tacky when you hand me a mildly stained paper for me to wipe with.

We had the best server named Eric! He was attentive, kind, and welcoming. We found the salmon in Kata role to be a little fishy but still delicious. Sea bass was my favorite. The music, decor and vibe here is 1000/10. Will definitely be back here :)
