Excellent customer service. I went to drive thru about 40 minutes before closing and they did not have enough grilled chicken for a bucket. They made us a fresh bucket with no complaint. Young man at drive thru was very patient and courteous. All food was hot and fresh. Soft biscuits and complimentary iced tea while we waited!
Waited in line for a while and heard a couple of customers complain about not getting what they ordered. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and wedges (which took 15 minutes) and made sure both were in the bag before I left. I guess I should've checked more thoroughly. I paid for the Nashville hot sandwich but got a regular crispy chicken sandwich and most of my wedges are dry and overcooked.

Fast but the place wasn't tidy at all... I suppose it was super busy only in drive thru and there wasn't enough staff to do that sort of work. Nonetheless, the food was fresh and I received my order without waiting a long period of time as in how fast food restaurants go..
