This place is delicious, and amazing, everyone is super prompt and friendly and it’s all at an incredible price. We love Kokeb! and everything we’ve tried has been good, but the lamb tibs are particularly awesome. Highly recommended Ethiopian food family spot
Came in to try the Ethiopian food, doro wot and greens were particularly good, 6-8:30pm two for $5 cocktails and lentil sambusas, good location close to up and coming and established petworth/park view, local neighborhood restaurant, bartender and manager was very friendly and accommodating, hookah downstairs
Owner/chef was so kind and gracious. The food was soooo good! The collard green were amazing as were other dishes. We over ordered but couldn't stop eating until it was all gone. Don't let the humble setting put you off - this place is worth going to again and again.
