Saturday night, arrived at 1030pm, location was closed. Doors locked, chairs put up, no one in the store. Please update hours so people don’t waste time trying to visit. Will not bother trying to revisit, since can’t trust the posted hours.

Wasn't greeted upon entering the store. Also, there was a black disgruntle employee talking rudely with a attitude to the cashier about something in reference to the donuts. Very rude and unprofessional. Especially since customers were present. Also, I placed my order online. And when u enter the shop there is a section labeled mobile online orders so I stood there about five minutes no employee ever came over there it wasn't until I address the Krispy Kreme worker as to ask where do I stand to pick up my order. He spoke and then said mmm hmm I'll be with you in just a second. I was given my order. However the two dozen donuts were sealed me trusting that my order would be correct. It had two donuts missing that showed available online. My thing is this, don't just put any donut in the box that i did not select without emailing or someone in the shop texting or calling me to tell me that the donuts I selected were not available although it said it was online. That's the customer service that I'm accustomed to receiving. They did no such thing. I would also like to add this was s my first time visiting this location. I do not believe I'll be returning nor recommend others to patronize this particular Krispy Kreme. Overall I'm dissatisfied with the lack of great customer service and two of my donuts not being in my box.

I recently placed an order at the DC store, and My order was given as delivered but I couldn't find it at my door.This is my first experience, and it’s been very unsatisfactory.
I would like to know how I can report this issue and resolve the situation.
I needed my donuts for a Halloween party, now I'll go without my sweets.
I stopped by Krispy Kreme doughnuts for a couple doughnuts my good friend. We ended up getting a half dozen and smashing three each. The quality of the done is a pretty fantastic, pricey but worth it.

Please don’t go they don’t have fresh donuts. It’s prepackaged in a box and tastes several days old. Don’t be intimidated by the person in front that yells “Welcome” at the top of his lungs. It’s not worth your money and you’ll end up sad.

I went to Krispy cream and ordered 3 dozen for and I thought each one would be 2 dollars, I found out that they were only doing 2 dollars for one box so i changed my order to one box, I then got two boxes and was charged full price for one and 2 dollars for the other, after telling them I wanted one box for 2 dollars they explained the offer to me again and said I could only get one box for 2 dollars and charged me for the extra box!

This store needs serious attention. The gentleman that works in the store that says the owner & manager bullies teenage girls because they refuse to buy the donuts they ordered. The reason they refused the donuts they ordered the gentlemen after he rubbed his hair never washed his hand and the teenage girls said to him “nasty”. Instead to apologize to them he bullied them.
