La Bise is a fantastic restaurant in a great location, offering delicious food and excellent service. The seafood entrees and madeleines are highly recommended, with no bad dishes. The staff provide a memorable dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance, with lovely art and colorful paintings, adds to the overall appeal. Highlights of the menu include the mouth-watering Vichyssoise, savory/sweet leeks sauce, velvety foie gras torchon, tender veal sweetbreads, and flavorful red snapper. The restaurant receives high marks for service, ambiance, and value, making it a must-visit for any food lover. Customers praise the caring and charming staff, as well as the amazing food, including the bluefin tuna appetizer, duck, salmon, and the restaurant's unique take on carbonara. The grilled sea bass with lemon butter sauce and the lamb chops were cooked to absolute perfection. The vegetables were crisp and well-seasoned. The vibe is classy without being too formal. The tuna tartar appetizer and the duck were delightful.
