La Coop has good coffee and pastries, but unfortunately customer service is lacking. After being late with our order because of errors with the app, the cashier apparently forgot about it a second time when my wife reminded him. After asking why it hadn't been started, he raised his voice at us and became agitated, refusing to apologize. If you're working the front of a coffee shop, you should know how to interact with customers.
Fortunately, there are other coffee shops in the area (Ididos, Zeke's, Lost Sock, to name a few) that have as good or better coffee, but without poorly trained workers.

It was after taking my 3 little kids to places around and playing hard at a playground together with them.. finally a little treat, a good cup of coffee for myself… I thought we made it before their closing time. For me? Top THREE co-working locations (relatively) near downtown silver spring. There was something about the cozy ambiance that keeps me thinking about going back. I had a dirty chai, and I can't help but think that no matter how much the cup would have held, it was not enough to quench my thirst.
