Poplar Reviews
Inventive and well-curated menu featuring seasonal ingredients and unique preparations. All dishes, even the “off menu” items, were delicious. My only suggestion is that the kitchen slow the pace a little bit, as dishes came out pretty quickly. Service was attentive and friendly. An overall casual, unstuffy vibe but still a refined dining experience.
Amazing food and great prices for a coursed meal.
Everything was INCREDIBLE! Local and seasonal and so tasty. The fava beans were the best beans I've ever tasted in my life and the garlic scape pesto was inspiring. The bread was incredible too. Come hungry because even without meat it's very filling.

Poplar is a unique dining experience and a neighborhood gem with a cozy, friendly vibe. The menu constantly changes, featuring local and seasonal ingredients with exciting, Michelin-star flare. Dishes are elevated but approachable, with the oysters and wine selection being a must. However, some dishes seem small for the price, and one was very spicy without warning. While the sides can be unimpressive, the service is consistently described as exceptional and outstanding. It is a cute, cozy place that feels both like a neighborhood spot and a special occasion restaurant.
