La Lomita Restaurant

This restaurant has given up, I think. The food was okay but there was WAY too much. It's very wasteful. Who is going to eat 3 cups of rice and 2 cups of beans and their main selection. The napkin had a hairball stuck on it. The fork had food caught in the tines. I am amazed that they are still open.

I will never order from this restaurant again. Through Door Dash, I ordered a chicken chimichanga & the best thing about it was the flour tortilla. The chicken tasted more like salmon. (Maybe from using the same cutting board?) Food arrived barely warm. Driver blamed it on the restaurant. Never again.

I arrived here today at 3:30pm. I heard their food was delicious. I'll never know because they were closed when I arrived. Their website said they're open from 11:00am until 10:30pm. Misleading

Terrible experience, Had rats and roaches, The service was awful. I went to the bathroom and saw them pull out the chips from a trash can and put it on a bowl for customers completely unsanitary.

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is great—you really feel like you’re in a local, authentic spot. The rancheras playing in the background set a perfect vibe. The guacamole and chips were super good, and the rest of the food was just as delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating with my dietary restrictions. I definitely need to come here more often. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique and genuinely authentic!

This place is one of a kind your true dc native if you know about this restaurant the food is amazing and comforting they give you so much food for a great price
