Food was good. My boyfriend & I ordered the fajitas, and as two picky eaters, we really enjoyed the food. Carlos was very nice & made the experience very welcoming. Will be retuning!

My boyfriend and I were visiting DC and stopped in for dinner. The food is absolutely delicious. The owner gave my boyfriend and I a free tequila shot. The service was outstanding!

Not a Mexican restaurant but a Salvadoran one. Very good food and with excellent staff.

Amazing service. The best chips and salsa. The BEST michaladas, great margs and if you are nice, they might surprise you with a little shot of tequila! Highly recommend if you want a warm atmosphere, great drinks, good casual food and consistent customer friendly service.

If you are Mexican or want to eat "real Mexican food" don't come here, it's food for Americans, enchiladas without sauce ?, horrible horchata. Maybe it has Salvadoran flavor but there is nothing Mexican about it, just the name of the dishes, that's all.good music

This place saved us on our last visit to DC. We got into the city for a quick tour that night and wanted to go get a bite afterwards. The " Fight Club" joint a few doors down were no longer serving food at 9 o'clock even though they advertised that they were open till one. Staff there were a joke. Then we walked a few doors down and found this welcoming place who were more than willing to satisfy our hunger. Food was outstanding and the staff were more than accommodating. I look forward to going back for a longer sit down meal.

We’ve been going here off and on for many years. Usually a casual lunch and margaritas. This time just early drinks and chips. The restaurant was just opening and they were very accommodating. No food but previously the food is always good. Pics of a margarita and chips. Boring review for a gem of a Mexican restaurant. No doubt we will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff that did the little stuff to make sure we had a great experience.
This is a great neighborhood Salvadorean-Mexican place. The food is reliably good, especially if you go for the standards. They could be a bit friendlier, but it's fine!

Delicious and authentic food, great atmosphere and in a convenient location right near the Eastern market metro stop. I'll be back!
