Laos is a regular stop for me--delicious food and excellent cocktails. Their wine list isn't bad either. I find most things have a pleasant kick, but you might want to check on spice level if you're sensitive.
We got the guava juice, chive cakes, rockfish, and lamb shank. The rockfish was packed with sweet, spicy, and savory flavor. And the chive cakes were unexpectedly chewy and delicious paired with an acidic soy sauce. We had Louis as our server who provided amazing service.
Great food and atmosphere at Laos in Town. The lychee juice in particular was refreshing and perfect for a hot day. Louis, our server, was friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
