This parking garage is a complete disgrace when it comes to customer service and basic communication — and that's putting it mildly.
After hours, the main entrance was locked, and like many others, I found myself stranded outside the facility with no idea how to access my vehicle. Naturally, I called the emergency line expressing that I had forget critical medications in my car that I could not go without — only to be met with attendants who repeatedly hung up on me without offering any explanation or solution.

It turns out there’s a side door that remains accessible after hours — a crucial detail they somehow neglected to mention on the signage, at the entrance, or during my calls. Instead of calmly assisting or explaining the process, the attendants chose to hang up out of apparent frustration. Yes, you read that right: the people responsible for emergency assistance became irritated and disconnected the line. Repeatedly.

This kind of negligence is not just unprofessional — it’s borderline dangerous. The level of disregard shown here is unacceptable and completely undermines any trust in this facility’s management or staff.

Avoid this garage at all costs unless you enjoy being locked out, ignored, and treated like an inconvenience during an emergency.

Shame on the management for allowing this kind of incompetence to continue.

The emergency number is useless. If anything happens all the attendant is going to tell you is to wait until 8am

$23 daily price, fair enough

Not cheap, of course, but a fine garage.

They over charged us for our parking and no one available to discuss.
We park Sunday, 09/08/24 at 7 PM and left Friday, 09/13/24 at 12:11 PM.
Based on our calculation from their online rates the amount should have been $130.00. One night after 4 PM @ $15 and five days @ 23. When we exited the charge was $184.
I have called the number listed (202-866-7371) multiple times and no one answers. I called their other number (844-472-7577) and they tell us to call the other number.
Very, very frustrating. We were from Minnesota visiting.

The posted maximum rate is $20 but the machines charges $25. There is no way to contact the owner or operator of the garage to report the error and request a refund.

Very convenient parking and a nice garage, but is the absolute worse with customer service and their signage. Sign at the end of the block says in by 8am $15, but when you get to the door they are turning you away and saying lot full and the attendant is very rude. I had to turn around literally inside the garage at the ticket area and could see majority of the garage first floor was empty.

They opened at 6am and I had gotten there at 6:10am and the man said that the lot is full and knowing that the lot was not full
He just wanted to let people in at a later time time and charge them $25 because he knew that a big conference was at the convention center.

Reserved a spot a week in advanced using Spot Hero and was denied entry because the lot was "full". Spot Hero refunded and helped me find other parking, but don't use this lot.

We came to the DC auto show and couldn't find a place to park. This parking garage said closed so we stopped to ask for directions to another parking lot. The attendant heard the stress in my voice and saw that our Suburban was packed. He said we are full but opened the cones and said we will make room. I was so happy and for this I had to do a review. Great place and our vehicle was safe‼️

Nothing good about them, went to park there roughly 5 minutes after opening and was waved off because they were full already. The worker literally waved me off as he was pulling out the temp full sign. I found cheaper park less than a block away. I'd avoid this one.

Always "temporarily full" even when there are 50+ open spots. When you ask them why they are full they just laugh. There better parking elsewhere.

Nice garage, convenient to the Convention Center, and more reasonably priced than others I searched.
