I didn't like that the people hired to take our plates between each trip to the buffet DIDNT speak English. One lady asked a question in Spanish, well, I live in America and I only speak English. If you are serving people in America and want a tip speak English. At one point one of the servers opened a Prosecco bottle and the cork almost hit patrons at another table and they laughed and thought it was funny. NOT funny! I thought the food was very bland. This was my second time there. I was super disappointed in the service this time around. They seated us in the Penthouse. It would have been nice if they cleaned up the spider webs next to our table and had the fan blowing. It was way too hot to be up there. The view was nice. The food this time...most of it was good. I'm not sure why the seafood tower has such bland crab and lobster. They are supposed to to be the star of the show. Lastly, this time around the waiter barely...
I booked this place for my parents wedding anniversary and the staff was very accommodating to my requests. I was very happy to hear that my parents enjoyed the service, ambiance, and loved the food!
