we went to the Vegas location and how Gordon Ramsay can put his name to the crap this place serves up is beyond belief. the batter is way to thick and over cooked and the highlight should not be the Dijon mayonnaise that comes with the food.

I once ate the chicken, and thought I was still eating the fish, just over cooked.
Tonight I tried the lobster. Ended up paying $35 for 2 prawns, chips and a fountain drink. Lobster was inedible.
I would come back for the fish and chips one day, on a craving. But will do so cautiously.
