Food is meh (and I eat 7-11 hotdogs). I didn’t receive one of my orders (like so many people in these reviews) and likewise they didn’t know how to process a return so now I’m left with no food and an “I Owe You”. Feel bad they may not know how to do all these things with tech but did see young people working there so maybe they play into the owners cluelessness so they have to do less work.

I was a supporter of this establishment for years. The “newer” staff will treat you extremely poorly. Do NOT waste your time or money. Extremely disappointing to see what has happened with Little China Cafe. Trust me stay away. Far far far away.Read/scroll NUMEROUS reviews and pictures of customer experiences !!! ??????????????

Lady was quite rude on the phone because for the third time in a row I tried to call and the person taking my order couldn’t “hear me” but I know my phone works just fine. Made my ordering process extremely frustrating when it was not our fault. Next time I’ll be ordering online and not calling in. This was a disaster. Praying I even get the right food.

Ordered for dine-in, but got our food in a to-go bag. Despite informing the kid in the front, he insisted it was dining in. The food was subpar, and service was terrible. Won't be returning due to the awful customer service experience.

Never have I felt so disrespected. After almost 2 hours of waiting and not receiving my order, I ended up cancelling my order after constantly getting the run around when I requested on multiple occasions to speak to the manager including getting hung up on by another employee after waiting over 20 minutes for a call back. I've never experienced any major problems, until tonight. My business will be taken elsewhere.

Amazing takeout place, super cheap and lots of food! Try their hot oil, goes great with the steamed dumplings!!! Will return 10/10!!!
I'd rather boil rocks and eat them before going here again.

Little China Cafe canceled my order 40 minutes after I'd placed it. That left me very hungry and scrambling to find something to eat with very little time. Canceling an order at any point is bad, but doing so after 40 minutes--simply because the restaurant didn't feel like doing its job of selling food to patrons--is outrageously bad customer service. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Little China Cafe again.

Found this place near where I am staying in DC. Good food and great service. The Moo shoo pork was excellent. They gave me some tortillas- just like back home in CA!

The person to attend is agrecive only because I ordered two different orders him
Unprofessional. Did not know how to process refund. Then they assumed I wasn’t coming to pick up the food and did not make the order even though they emailed me an ETA for the food being ready. When I arrived the cashier was unapologetic and explained he thought I wasn’t coming.I paid for the service and there was no refund processed. There was no proper reason to do this.

Update: the young man at the front counter is extremely rude. He hung up on me when I tried to cancel my order when they tried to overcharge me without my approval.I have met this young man in person. No smile. No etiquette. Really bad customer service. Please train this young man how to treat customers. He clearly did not receive any home training.They charge you extra when you use your debit card. They get that money back during tax season. Double dipping. Will not purchase again
