Owner adds delivery himself but adds convenience fee, delivery fee, and then scolds you at your door based on the level of tip. Classy.

Food is meh (and I eat 7-11 hotdogs). I didn’t receive one of my orders (like so many people in these reviews) and likewise they didn’t know how to process a return so now I’m left with no food and an “I Owe You”. Feel bad they may not know how to do all these things with tech but did see young people working there so maybe they play into the owners cluelessness so they have to do less work.

I was a supporter of this establishment for years. The “newer” staff will treat you extremely poorly. Do NOT waste your time or money. Lady was quite rude on the phone because for the third time in a row I tried to call and the person taking my order couldn’t “hear me” but I know my phone works just fine. Made my ordering process extremely frustrating when it was not our fault. Next time I’ll be ordering online and not calling in. This was a disaster. Praying I even get the right food.

Ordered for dine-in, but got our food in a to-go bag. Despite informing the kid in the front, he insisted it was dining in. The food was subpar, and service was terrible. Won't be returning due to the awful customer service experience.
