Today I was in that restaurant and it was a very pleasant experience, good service despite the bike I was on. I recommend it. Excellent food. Frozen margaritas are part of the best. It has excellent staff and attention. Thank you very much, Miss Carmen. Thank you for the good service. attention you gave us

The tacos were good simply based on taste. I got chicken, my friends got steak, that's fine. Despite the taste, the street tacos were the size of my palm. Less than that even. Literally 3 bites worth. And a taco can range from $4 to $7. Not worth it at all. Service was okay, kind of slow but that's fine. I just felt scammed, bamboozled, and hoodwinked, at how small these freaking tacos were. Don't recommend, no shade.

the food and atmosphere at this restaurant were fine. I have been many times with no issue. However, today was different. Our eating experience went great until the bill came. Our server Carmen split our bill on a device before we saw the receipt so we could not confirm exactly what we were paying for. we noticed there was an option to add a tip at the end for 5% or 7% which all of us added not being aware of the fact that we were already charged for a tip. One of our friends actually added a 20% tip.
When the receipts came back, we noticed she had put a 20% auto gratuity on the bill reserved for a party of six or more. we were a party of four, who ate dinner, and one friend, who joined us for a single drink. we asked about this 20% gratuity, seeing as there were only 4 of us who actually ate, and Carmen explained that it was because we were sitting at a table for six people so that justified the service charge when there were only five chairs at the table and only four of us sitting down and eating. The restaurant was fine, but this experience with the server was unprofessional and quite rude. we were not aware of the fact that this auto gratuity was added before we were able to pay, and the reasons for it were completely unbased and unjustified. It really made no sense and I assume the server did so to put the money in her own pocket.
this restaurant has been a favorite for me and our friends, but we will not be coming back here.

Very nice wait staff. Cold beer. Fresh corn chips. Good margarita, fun atmosphere, nice and cozy. The food was decent but also very basic. Prices were good so I can’t complain too much. Fish tacos had a tortilla and some lightly seasoned fish. Nothing else.

I recently dined at Los Cuates, and as a Latino, I was ecstatic to discover such an authentic Mexican restaurant. The food was absolutely spectacular, clearly made with love and care. Every dish I tried was a 10/10, making it the best Mexican food I've experienced.
The staff at Los Cuates was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had many pleasant conversations with the server, and their exceptional customer service added to the overall wonderful experience. The restaurant's ambiance was chill and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal.
Unfortunately, I did witness an unpleasant incident where a customer tried to avoid paying for their food, which was quite saddening. However, this did not diminish the overall excellence of my visit.
I highly recommend Los Cuates to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Mexican dining experience. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere—Los Cuates has it all!

It’s ok, the food was a little more bland than what I would have expected from Mexican food. The salsa was just tomato and onion.

Definitely a neat little spot with friendly staff and Touch Tunes so you can jam a little. The tacos were disappointing though. For $5 each taco, you expect more than a tablespoon of filling. You can see from the picture that the shells are only 1/3rd full. The Sangria is good though and it's a nice place to hangout for a bit.

Horrible customer service! we ordered a Coronarita and the server asked what flavor and what size and pointed at the menu, and she still asked what type so we ordered Mango. When our friends got their drinks, we realized the Corona on top was missing so another server came and we told her we didn’t get the coronarita we ordered and she asked what we wanted so we told her, she brought the drink. We only had a few sips of the first drink- and when we got the check they charged us for both drinks. Even after we explained to the server what happened, she still charged us for the drink we didn’t finish, telling us that we should have told her sooner (we tried twice). We didn’t finish the drink and they tried to charge us, so we had to ask for it back to finish it since they wanted to charge us for it. Avoid this place, there are so many Mexican places with better service and drinks!
