Incredible dinner experience. Chawanmushi (egg custard) is to die for. Each dish was prepared with such care. I felt like I was back in Japan. A wonderful service - chef Urara is lovely. A great wine selection. I can’t wait to go back.

We went for our one year anniversary and everything was perfect! We got to meet chef Urara after dinner and she's so wonderful and kind. Highly recommend if you want to revisit Japan's authentic cuisine.

Koryouri Urara is a fantastic new restaurant in Georgetown offering an amazing omakase experience. The masterfully prepared meal is a treat, with each bite delivering a depth of umami. Premium ingredients like wagyu and gindara are impeccably fresh, and the sauces are well-balanced. The service is delightful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The ambiance is nice and quiet with only a few seats at the bar. While it is a splurge, diners feel it is worth every penny and plan to return and recommend this culinary gem.
