My experience was okay. The lobster roll was piled high with incredible tasting lobster. However, I had ordered it warm and I could still tell that the inside of the claws and meat was still a tad cold. However, the bread that it's served on is amazing, and the seasoning they put on top is fantastic. I knew it was going to be a little bit pricier, but I was full with my chips and drink, and felt the experience was overall okay. Service could have been better (didn't really feel welcomed in the restaurant), but I'm just glad I had a good meal.

food was good but nothing special for the price. The Clam chowder was pretty good.

Purchased to take home.
Be sure to order the 3 types of bread assortment (lobster, crab, and shrimp), it's insanely delicious.
The store clerk said that our fries were delicious and recommended, so I ordered some with them, but to be honest, they were average. I definitely want to repeat it if I have the chance.

As a restaurant, this place is basic, with counter service. Ambience won't win awards, though they have outdoor seating, which is nice. But the food is fabulous. I got the crab roll, and it was perfection! I am from Baltimore so I know a little about crab. Staff were friendly and helpful. I only wish I were staying longer in DC so I could eat here again. Next time, I would get the lobster roll.

Wheelchair accessibility: Level entry, no barriers. May need assistance with door.

Although it was a bit of a wait for our food, this has to be the most delicious lobster roll I’ve ever tasted. Nothing short of delicious. We had the 6oz meat options. I thought it was pricey, but when I saw how much meat you got I understood. Definitely worth it. I understand why this restaurant is so famous. I wish they had another option for a side dish besides potato chips.

Ordered a lobster flight in store and it included a drink. Ordered online and it didn’t. Found that out as I was scolded for trying to grab one by the cashier. Ordering the flight online is $1 more expensive if you get a drink than if you order in the store.

What a joke. At least Mason’s is consistent in their pricing.

The best lobster roll I've had in a loooong time! No unneeded extras like mayo, onion, celery... Just good ole lobster and perhaps a bit of butter or truffle essence. Cute place with good (but not exceptional) counter service.

Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free buns!

Ordered for delivery 2 seafood flights with chips and truffle butter and a cup of soup. Our chips were not delivered and the soup was old. Will order someplace else next time.

Tried the warm butter 6 oz Lobster Roll and it was super delicious. Out of the chain lobster roll places, I think Luke's has much better quality with their lobster meat. They include bigger claw and tail pieces topped with a nice seasoning. My only con is the price, it is high even considering the good quality lobster meat.

Oh my gosh…how can you even put into words the exquisite food that I ate here?? The lobster rolls were to die for. So absolutely delicious and I really want another one right now!! The food was great and well worth the wait. Not only do you get great food but you can also see the presidential motorcade as well did as we sat and chowed down!

Amazing trio! Clam chowder was also great. Small portions but stuffed with lots of meat. I’d say meat was prob 80% of the rolls. Was walking on the street to find a lunch place and walked into a sign of the trio. Highly recommended!

I went there and ordered the Trio’s one, lobster and crab are the best for me. Worth the bites since this restaurant was in the list I had been waited to try.
