This place is like a tiny apothecary filled with very beautiful and expensive treats. There were beautiful single source chocolates and packets of pasta that looked like art. The bagel I got was perfectly functional, good for a walk, but I would come back to get a gift or a special treat for someone.

made the mistake of stopping by at 4pm, right as the school crowd was getting busy so there were abt 15 people in this tiny shop! Nevertheless, the staff was so nice and efficient! I got the pistachio ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and it was so yummy! Love that the sprinkles are complimentary!

Roasted strawberry ice cream was the best strawberry flavor I've ever tasted. Very rich and free sprinkles were a plus. My husband's mint chocolate chip had large chunks of chocolate. Not the cheapest place but the quality and flavor selections are awesome.They also had blueberry jasmine, cardamom, honey Graham, and a few other interesting flavors

We ordered some lattes here in the morning and they were great. This shop has a lot to offer with specialty baked goods along with snacks and small food related gifts. I'd recommend this as a stop if you're in the neighborhood.

Staff are so welcoming and definitely take their craft seriously. It's always nice to watch the workers make the drink in front of you. But something about here is just special. They make you feel special even if it is for a brief moment. That's something I love about small establishments. Not many achieve that goal of making sure the customer is seen.

I take 2 trains and walk 16 minutes to treat myself to Lula’s. DC is seriously lacking good ice cream on the small business front. Dave is so great!This shop is neighbors with the best ramen in DC :)

Me and My children went into this shop today as the weather was nice but we live in the neighborhood and are often here patronizing this small business and local favorite however today the guy who serves the cones refused to hand my children their ice cream directly as he normally does instead he shooed us out of the way to pay for them first instead immediately after we said what we would be getting I have been here numerous of times and I never had this happen to me my daughter was appalled she is 4 that her ice cream wasn’t handed to her as it usually is instead he allowed a young white male child to stand in her place and proceeded to take his order he did not complete our order until I pulled the money from my purse on top of that he was very patient with the white customers before and after us as we were the only ethnic group in the store and not to mention the special sprinkles we paid for as usual we’re barely put in the cups as he slammed them on the counter only after he cashier was giving me my Change
