Can't remember the last bar I went to without any tvs, very refreshing. Great spot to grab a beer and chat. Place was busy and music wasn't too loud. Lots of jackalope decor and pinball machines. Min $10 credit card limit, so bring cash or open a tab (or buy rounds for your friends)!

Great chill vibes and really good food, served late (until 12am!)The woman behind the bar was super nice and gave a helpful food rec (I had sliders which were very tasty).Perfect low key divey hang. 10/10 would come back when I'm in the area and definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: Impossible meat

This was a divey little bar that played great music and had quite a few pinball machines. We had a blast playing pinball and could have played for hours if we had more time.

I came here for an informal celebration with 20ish adults. Good times. The beer menu was large and had something for everyone. The hot toddy's, though, are definitely the way to go. They were super strong and great on a chilly evening. I didn't come for the games, but they're obviously a fun draw in the back of the bar.

Has the atmosphere of a dive bar with unexpectedly friendly bartenders and staff. Great crushes to drink and a small menu of lowbrow eats (nachos...dogs, etc.). Plus pinball machines!

Fantastic dive bar. Really eclectic decor, variety of pinball machines, and good selection of beers. Bartender was very attentive and the doorman was friendly and a joy to chat with. All in all my only complaint is that this establishment is 6hrs away from me so I can't frequent it as I'd like. Definitely a must visit for me on subsequent trips to the DC area.

Very friendly place! I normally come here for the pinball games, but it's a great place to hang out and grab a bite to eat. We need more bars like this place!

This bar plays fireworks on July 4 for hours. Many of the fireworks explode far and loud, probably prohibited in DC. Trash everywhere. Horrible

I just moved to DC from LA and have had such a series of great experiences I felt I needed to start Yelpibg. This place is sort of, for me, what a bar I could create in my dreams would be. Cheap, stuff drinks and good beer. Rad neighborhood. Easy to get to. Staff and regulars are welcoming and cool, and there's a ton of pinball machines lining the walls with some old arcade machines. And best of all, good music playing all night. This place is sick. I'm a tattooed rock'n'roll dude, but I came here with my friends from Germany and India who'd literally never been to a bar like this, and they had a blast. Quote-"coolest bar we've been to in America". That's gotta say something, right?
