The visit was “okay” but not a place we will go back to. As a business owner, It’s our impression there was no real thought out plan when developing this restaurant and beer hall. You need to analyze and come up with a better “flow” on how to serve food and drinks. A customer walks in the door and is confused about the crowd of people blocking the entry way. This is the line to the bar where you have to order your food and drinks, but the customer doesn’t know this...
We love Astro Beer Hall! It’s a great spot for watching our local DC sports teams and far flung games like the NFL in Europe. There’s a wide variety of food on the menu - something for everyone! There’s an extensive draft beer selection and a speciality cocktail menu if you’re looking for something adventurous. The staff keeps us coming back.
Just moved to The Village of Shirlington and this bar has quickly become a favorite. The bartenders are all rockstars and Damon, the GM (I think?), is fantastic. No joke… he follows my dog on Instagram. Anyway, the atmosphere is fantastic. My 13 year old and I had hang out and play pool, shuffleboard and darts sometimes in the upstairs. The downstairs 21+ area is super awesome too. And if you don’t try the $5 burgers after 9pm at least once, then you’re not really...
